Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading multinational energy company in Manila to recruit a Treasury/Kyriba Specialist. You will own Kyriba TMS, configure entities, currencies, and workflows, and liaise with IT and Kyriba to deliver system solutions for liquidity management.

The role requires 5+ years in treasury operations or treasury tech, Kyriba experience, and ERP knowledge (SAP/JD Edwards). Hybrid work with 2x return-to-office weekly is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations, treasury technology, or treasury systems management; Kyriba experience is a plus.
• Certifications in Kyriba (Cash Management, Payments, or System Administration) are desirable.
• Experience in a complex global treasury environment with multiple entities and currencies.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and treasury system interfaces (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Treasury owner and functional admin of Kyriba TMS.
• Manage treasury configurations: entities, liquidity structures, currencies, counterparties, and master data.
• Configure workflows, approvals, and controls to meet treasury policies.
• Act as liaison between Treasury, IT, and Kyriba vendor; translate business needs into solutions.
• Lead treasury-focused implementation of enhancements, upgrades, and modules.
• Provide first-line support for workflow issues, approvals, and data discrepancies.
• Design and maintain treasury reports/dashboards for cash visibility and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize treasury processes with Kyriba.

Job Description

• Serve as the Treasury business owner and functional administrator of the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Manage and maintain treasury-related system configurations, including entities, liquidity structures, currencies, counterparties, and treasury master data.
• Configure and oversee workflows, approval processes, authorization controls, and business rules to ensure compliance with treasury policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between Treasury, IT, and the Kyriba vendor, translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Lead the treasury-functional implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and new Kyriba modules.
• Provide first-line functional support to users by resolving workflow issues, approval exceptions, reporting concerns, and data discrepancies.
• Design, maintain, and improve treasury reports and dashboards for cash visibility, liquidity management, FX exposure, bank fees, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate, standardize, and optimize treasury processes using Kyriba.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations, treasury technology, or treasury systems management, with Kyriba experience considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Kyriba, such as Cash Management, Payments, or System Administration, are highly desirable.
• Proven experience working within a complex global treasury environment involving multiple entities and currencies.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or JD Edwards, including experience with treasury system integrations and interfaces.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
