Aboitiz Power seeks a Treasury Reporting and Analytics Manager to lead the Analytics and Reporting function within the Treasury Center of Excellence. You will transform raw TMS and ERP data into insights on liquidity, FX/IR risk, debt, and performance, owning the TMS reporting architecture and Power BI layer.
You will provide decision-support to the Treasury Services Head, Treasurer, and CFO, while ensuring data integrity, forecast accuracy, and regulatory compliance across 80+ entities.
As Treasury Reporting and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the Treasury Analytics and Reporting function within the Treasury Center of Excellence (CoE). The role serves as the intelligence engine of the CoE, transforming raw TMS and ERP data into actionable insights on group liquidity, FX/IR risk, debt management, and treasury performance. The role owns the Treasury Management System (TMS) reporting architecture and Power BI analytics layer, and provides decision‑support to the Treasury Services Head, Treasurer, and CFO. The role also governs SLA reporting between the Treasury CoE and the Shared Treasury Operations, ensuring data integrity, forecast accuracy, and regulatory compliance across 80+ operating, pre‑development, and shell entities and contributes directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Treasury Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or any related course.
Professional: At least 7 years of experience in treasury, financial planning and analysis, or finance operations; with a minimum of 3 years focused on treasury analytics, TMS administration, or financial reporting in a multi‑entity environment. Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools required. Exposure to TMS implementation or post‑implementation optimization is a strong advantage.
Leadership: At least 3 years as Individual Contributor or team lead experience; experience mentoring analytical staff preferred.
Project: Experience as functional lead or SME in a TMS or ERP implementation; experience building treasury dashboards or reporting frameworks from the ground up is preferred.
License: None required; CPA and Business Intelligence certification is an advantage.
Hybrid work setup; extended working hours may be required during TMS go‑live stabilization, month‑end close, and quarterly board reporting cycles.
Early morning coordination with the Treasury CoE team may be required during daily cash position preparation.
This role is not eligible for relocation.
