The role also covers SAP-based transaction recording, fixed assets management, and annual inventory. Strong Excel skills and integrity are essential for handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in banking operations or treasury is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new dealer bank accounts and prepare documents for bank submissions.
• Monitor payment requests and integrate into cash planning, payment processing, scheduling, and reimbursements.
• Maintain check monitoring records to prevent duplicate payments and verify funds before check release.
• Update bank account transactions daily.
• Prepare documents for bank account openings and coordinate with bank representatives.
• Maintain professional relationships with banking partners.
• Record financial transactions in SAP and reconcile the Corporate Card.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Lapsing Schedule and conduct annual inventory.
