Job summary

AutoGlobal Group in Mandaue, Cebu is seeking a Treasury E-Payment and Banking Supervisor to execute digital payments, reconcile e-payment transactions, and maintain accurate beneficiary records across AGI banking channels. This execution-focused role collaborates with AP and Cash Management to schedule payments and funding.

You will supervise e‑payment staff, resolve failed or disputed transactions, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years in treasury operations or similar finance role.
• Experience with major Philippine bank portals and InstaPay/PESONet.
• Proficiency with globalERP for payment recording and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills and high accuracy.

The Role

The Treasury E-Payment and Banking Supervisor executes digital payments and the reconciliation of e-payment transactions. This is an execution-focused role: you will process AP-approved payment batches through bank portals, ensure every transaction is matched and posted correctly, resolve payment failures, and maintain accurate beneficiary records across all AGI banking channels.

The job is to make sure every payment goes through correctly, is reconciled accurately, and that exceptions are resolved fast. This position works closely with the AP Supervisor and Cash Management Supervisor on payment scheduling and funding confirmation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process all AGI e-payment transactions — InstaPay, PESONet, and other digital channels — through bank online portals accurately and on schedule
• Confirm fund availability with the Cash Management Supervisor before executing payment batches
• Reconcile all e-payment transactions at the individual transaction level within 3 business days
• Maintain and verify beneficiary and counterparty banking details across AGI's payment portals using dual-control procedures
• Identify, escalation, and resolve failed, returned, or disputed e-payment transactions in coordination with bank operations teams
• Maintain processing records, payment confirmations, and exception documentation for audit readiness
• Submit e-payment performance reports and exception summaries to management on schedule
• Supervise and develop e-payment staff to maintain zero critical errors and full backup coverage

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3‑4 years of experience in treasury operations, bank payments processing, or a similar finance operations role
• Hands‑on experience with major Philippine bank online portals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, or similar)
• Solid understanding of InstaPay, PESONet, and other local payment rails
• Experience with globalERP for payment recording and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel — able to maintain reconciliation logs, exception trackers, and payment registers
• High accuracy and process discipline — you double-check every batch before submission
• Comfortable working within structured controls and escalating clearly when something is outside your authority
