Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a Treasury Disbursement Associate (Bank Control) to support the ALHI Group's finance operations.

The role focuses on updating Actual Collection, monitoring loan due dates, and ensuring proper documentation from availment to full payment. The candidate will handle opening and updating bank accounts, daily passbook monitoring, and provide prompt, professional responses to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate cash flow and strong treasury

Job description

The Treasury Disbursement Associate (Bank Control) is responsible for the daily updating of ALHI Group’s Actual Collection. Closely monitor due dates and maturity of loans. Ensure that all related loan transactions are properly documented from availment, extension/renewal up to termination or full payment. Opening and updating of Bank Accounts and daily monitoring of ALHI Group’s passbook. Provide customer’s (internal & external) need with a positive and helpful response.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or equivalent;

• Previous internship/work experience in handling bank related transactions and treasury/general accounting would be an advantage;
• Analytical, keen on details, hardworking and willing to extend working hours;
• With good oral & written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Computer proficient.
