Job summary

OVIALAND INC. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to administer petty cash, process banking tasks, and reconcile transactions in Bulacan. The role requires careful verification of expense liquidations and compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash, preparing reports, and safeguarding confidential financial documents. A 1–2 year background in cash handling or accounting support is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, treasury, collections validation, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial records.
• Knowledge of cash management procedures, documentation, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer, process, and reconcile all petty cash transactions.
• Perform routine banking tasks, including processing cash/other bank transactions and handling check encashments.
• Monitor cash to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations and scheduled encashments.
• Review and validate expense liquidations, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor outstanding cash advances and follow up to ensure timely liquidation and settlement.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all financial activities to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Manage secure storage and safekeeping of confidential financial documents.
• Hold accountability for management of titles, permits, and business licenses of the company.
• Generate and issue official receipts for transactions.
• Prepare regular financial reports tracking cash advances, encashments, and deposits.
• Performs other job-related tasks as assigned.
