Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Treasury Management and Cash Management to support day-to-day cash operations and banking activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Cash Flow analysis to assist in forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify variances, and support decision-making in treasury operations.
• Relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance support roles is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office applications is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information are important.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Santo Tomas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash operations and banking activities.
• Monitor bank balances and assist with payment processing.
• Prepare deposit/withdrawal documentation and reconcile cash flow.
• Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Prepare basic financial reports and support cash forecasts.
• Help implement internal controls and compliance procedures related to cash.
