Responsibilities

• Monitor PDCs and preparation of deposit slips.
• Prepare schedule of payment as required by immediate head.
• Prepare request for payment to suppliers and staff in a timely manner.
• Prepare summary report for payment and expenses.
• Prepare and submit reports and payments to various Government Agencies as they become due.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
