Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Treasury/Cash Management professional to oversee daily bank reconciliations across Peso and USD accounts and manage liquidity for operations.

The role involves SAP Business One posting, payments processing, and treasury reporting to support financial planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 2 years in treasury or related finance roles, with strong Excel skills and experience handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, Finance, or related functions.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, cash monitoring, and payment processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliation of Peso and US Dollar accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor cash balances and liquidity for operations.
• Post bank transactions in SAP Business One accurately and timely.
• Review and process payments and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly treasury and cash reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement to schedule import payables and fund allocations.
• Assist with TD placements and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
