Job summary

First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Analyst in the CALABARZON region to manage daily cash positions and ensure proper handling of funds. The role involves preparing cash reports, monitoring balances, and issuing payments to vendors and employees, while safeguarding sensitive financial documents.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting-related degree with 3–5 years in treasury or billing and exposure to SAP/TMS is a plus. Real estate experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing, treasury or finance functions.
• Real estate company experience is a plus.
• Experience using SAP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Experience in MS Office and Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits daily cash position reports for prudent cash management.
• Monitors funds, ensures proper accounting and integrity of company cash.
• Prepares and releases checks to suppliers, contractors, and employees.
• Maintains secure access to blank cheques and bank documents.
• Reconciles cash balance with books and bank records.
• Fosters banking relationships and supports treasury operations.
• Files treasury documents and memos for reference.
