Job summary

Citi is seeking a Cash & Collateral Management Analyst in Manila to monitor, analyze, and optimize cash and collateral flows across domestic and international operations. You will work with funding, credit relations, and operations to establish controls and improve processing systems.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills. It offers exposure to global treasury activities and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate level Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Outlook, computer literate and ability to grasp several in house systems quickly
• Good attention to detail, combined with analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Efficiently utilize cash and collateral domestically and internationally
• Analyze cash flow, use of cash capital and collateral, transfer of funds
• Establish controls for cash movements and coordinate with auditing
• Coordinate lock-box and security systems across locations
• Develop data processing systems for cash management and treasury
• Monitor portfolios and exposure; ensure collateral is requested timely
• Liaise between the client and Citi
• Perform exposure monitoring and margin calling
• Daily reconciliation of trades, positions, margins and cash
• Support daily margining and settlements with exchanges and carry brokers
• Document business requirements and test new processes and systems
• Portfolio maintenance and dispute management
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policy
