Job summary

Webhosting in Cebu City is seeking a Finance/Treasury associate to handle bank reconciliation, post bank transactions and support payment processing. You will prepare treasury reports, update weekly cash balances, and assist seniors with daily cash balance reporting and monitoring of card balances.

Responsibilities

• Performs bank reconciliation of assigned bank accounts
• Posts bank related transactions
• Provides back-up support in payment processing as needed in the team
• Provides various treasury and management reports as required
• Updating the payments in treasury report on weekly basis
• Assist senior in Preparing the Daily Cash Balance Report
• Assist senior in Monitoring of Card balances
• Renders work hours with flexibility when required
• Conducts business in alignment with the company’s core values
• Complies with the different policies set by the company
• Ensures that our company conducts business in an ethical manner at all times without putting anyone in a position of risk
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time
