Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years in treasury, accounting, or finance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cash management, bank reconciliation, treasury operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately post customer payments while maintaining treasury and collection records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, cash management, and monitoring collection balances and financial transactions.
• Prepare posting batches, treasury reports, and supporting documents for audit, compliance, and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain organized treasury files and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation standards.
