Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a Treasury Associate to manage cash flow, optimize liquidity, and support strategic financial decisions.

You will work with the Treasury team on cash forecasting, FX exposure, and investment administration, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across departments. The role requires a finance background, 2+ years in treasury or related fields, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of cash management, financial markets, and banking operations.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Professional certifications such as CTP a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and transactions to ensure efficient liquidity management.
• Execute cash positioning activities to optimize cash flow and support operational needs.
• Prepare cash forecasts to project short-term and long-term cash requirements.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and banking partners.
• Assist in negotiating banking services, fees, and agreements.
• Coordinate opening/closing of bank accounts as needed.
• Process payments including vendor payments and payroll with proper controls.
• Support management of FX exposure and interest rate risk.
• Assist in administration of the company’s investment portfolio.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for treasury activities.
• Ensure SOX compliance and proper treasury documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Operations for reporting and forecasting.
