You will manage treasury operations, forecast requirements, and provide analyses to guide capital planning while mentoring the treasury team and aligning with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in treasury or corporate finance and is prepared to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in treasury management, corporate finance, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), ERP, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work fully on-site in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash flow and ensure liquidity for operations and strategic needs.
• Manage treasury operations including bank accounts, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Develop strategies for cash management, investments, and financing.
• Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements and funding needs.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, FX, and credit.
• Provide treasury reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Support capital planning, fundraising, and investment strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop treasury staff.
