Job summary

Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage daily cash, bank accounts, and liquidity for the company. You will monitor cash balances, reconcile transactions, and prepare banking reports to support decision making.

You will collaborate with accounting to ensure proper classification of expenses, maintain signature authorities, and assist in treasury process documentation and upgrades to reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash management or treasury operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and banking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accesses daily reports to determine bank balances and cash requirements for daily operations.
• Assist in reconciling investment activity to the general ledger and maintain bank account records.
• Maintain active bank accounts and monitor signature authorities and service agreements.
• Record petty cash and daily cash disbursements with accurate departmental classification.
• Produce periodic bank reports reflecting cash balances and transactions for management.

Job description

• Accesses daily reports to determine bank account balances, concentrates corporate cash and determines amount necessary to meet daily cash needs

• Monitors performance and diversification of the company’s investment portfolio

• Assist in reconciling investment activity to the general ledger

• Administers documentation associated with bank accounts such as signature authorities and service agreements Maintain a comprehensive listing of company bank accounts

• Maintain all bank accounts are active and properly monitor

• Assist in making required filings involving company bank accounts

• Assist in documenting procedures and writing narratives describing treasury activities

• Produces various periodic bank reports showing investment/debt balances and other bank transactions activity

• Budget monitoring, cash monitoring may implement new upgrades to treasury reporting tools and improve existing reports

• Monitoring of daily cash balance and monthly credit card balances

• Ensures availability of bills and coins for special events funds

• Recording of petty cash and cash advances

• Ensures releasing of all dated checks within the approved cash limit

• Daily liquidation of all expenses with zero variance and accurate classification of expenses per department
