Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Assistant to support the Treasury Department in processing disbursements with accuracy and timeliness. The role covers invoices validation, check encoding, and releasing payments to authorized payees, while maintaining meticulous records.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in treasury or related accounting functions; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in treasury, disbursement, accounts payable, or general accounting operations is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in treasury and finance operations are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Invoice receiving and validation: timestamp and record invoices, validate billing details, encode payment details, and prepare invoices for check cutting.
• Payment processing and check release: prepare payments within 1-day turnaround, ensure documents are in order, and release checks to authorized payees.
• Check monitoring and custody: monitor unreleased/unclaimed checks and safeguard custody of checks and accountable forms.
• Records management: maintain orderly batching and filing of invoices and disbursement records; perform related duties.
