Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of treasury, bank reconciliation, or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Monitor and record cash inflows and outflows.
• Handle daily cash position reports and fund transfers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Support bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and posting to ledgers.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and cash concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Assist in month-end closing and other treasury tasks as needed.

About the Role:
