Waltermart Supermarket Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Treasury Assistant responsible for daily operations and control compliance of Business Center Services, including foreign exchange, remittance, and bills payment.

You will supervise cashiers, ensure policy implementation, support front-end operations, and maintain revolving funds and fund movement documentation, ensuring timely reporting of issues to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Banking, or Finance.
• 6 months relevant experience in cash handling is an advantage.
• Open for fresh graduates.

About the role

• Oversees the activity of the cashiers in the business services such as foreign exchange, money remittance and bills payment

• Ensures that all policies and procedures in the Business Center Operations are being implemented

• Supports front end operations in handling sales exceptions and implementing control standards

• Ensures that revolving funds are intact and accounted daily

• Ensures that the fund movement documentations are in accordance to the set standards

• Ensures all the issues in BCO are being reported and addressed immediately

About you

• Bachelor's degree of courses with emphasis on Business, Administration, Banking, or Finance

• 6 months relevant experience on cash handling from retail establishments or bank industry is an advantage

• Open for fresh graduates
