Job summary

Lennor Group in Taguig City is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, focusing on cash management, payment processing, cash forecasting, bank administration, and treasury controls.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure accurate, timely payments and robust records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment processing and approvals, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements in accordance with controls and policies.
• Monitor and forecast cash positions, supporting daily cash management and netting activities.
• Manage bank administration, including account opening, maintenance, closure, and signatory updates.
• Maintain banking systems and records, including electronic banking platforms and bank fees.
• Ensure treasury controls and compliance, maintaining documentation and audit requirements.
• Drive treasury operations and stakeholder support by managing requests, updating SOPs, and identifying process improvements.

About The Role

The Treasury Analyst will support day-to-day treasury operations, with a primary focus on cash management, payment processing, cash forecasting, bank administration, and treasury controls. The role will ensure that payments and cash activities are processed accurately and on time while maintaining proper documentation, controls, and banking records. The Treasury Analyst will also work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve issues, support process improvements, and ensure efficient treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payment processing and approvals, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements in accordance with established controls and policies.
• Monitor and forecast cash positions, supporting daily cash management, cash positioning, and netting activities.
• Manage bank administration, including bank account opening, maintenance, closure, signatory updates, and authorized user administration.
• Maintain banking systems and records, including electronic banking platforms, bank account inventories, balances, transactions, and bank fees.
• Ensure treasury controls and compliance, maintaining proper documentation and supporting internal and external audit requirements.
• Drive effective treasury operations and stakeholder support by managing treasury-related requests and mailboxes, updating SOPs, resolving issues, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Good To Have Qualifications

• Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Kyriba or similar treasury platforms is a strong advantage.
