Job summary

Sun Life in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. You will help manage payroll processes, financial reporting, and system enhancements in distribution systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team. You will interact with advisors and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with ability to handle complex data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering payroll and benefits for advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support disbursements.
• Compile and analyze advisor withholding tax reports, ensuring reconciliation with source documents and the general ledger.
• Generate and process ad hoc reports, including Advisor's Clearance, Advisor's Certificate, and Branch Fund reports.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ACBU's projects, initiatives, and system enhancements to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
• Handle inquiries from advisors and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
