Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support payroll administration for advisors, ensure accurate reporting and contribute to system enhancements in distribution processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams, prepare payroll reports, analyze withholding tax, and participate in UAT for projects. Strong Excel skills and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering payroll and benefits for advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support disbursements.
• Compile and analyze advisor withholding tax reports, ensuring reconciliation with source documents and the general ledger.
• Generate and process ad hoc reports, including Advisor’s Clearance, Advisor’s Certificate, and Branch Fund reports.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects and system enhancements.
• Handle inquiries from advisors and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
