Job summary

YourTravelAgencyPH (YTAPH) is seeking an experienced Travel Sales & Operations Staff to join our Cebu team. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up leads, close bookings, and coordinate travel arrangements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include responding via Messenger/phone, coordinating with hotels, airlines, and suppliers, and ensuring booking documents and payments are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agency or tour operations is preferred.
• Sales and customer-service experience required.
• Able to prepare quotations and communicate professionally with clients.
• Confident in following up prospects and closing sales.
• Organized and able to manage several bookings simultaneously.
• Proactive and willing to independently learn destinations, packages, suppliers, and booking procedures.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Facebook Messenger, and online booking systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via Messenger, phone, and other channels.
• Prepare tour quotations and customized travel proposals.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle local and international tour reservations.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport providers, and other suppliers.
• Monitor client payments, booking requirements, and travel documents.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Assist clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Help identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
