Job summary

YourTravelAgencyPH (YTAPH) is seeking an experienced Travel Sales & Operations Staff to join our Cebu team. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up leads, close bookings, and coordinate travel arrangements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include responding via Messenger/phone, coordinating with hotels, airlines, and suppliers, and ensuring booking documents and payments are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agency or tour operations is preferred.
• Sales and customer-service experience required.
• Able to prepare quotations and communicate professionally with clients.
• Confident in following up prospects and closing sales.
• Organized and able to manage several bookings simultaneously.
• Proactive and willing to independently learn destinations, packages, suppliers, and booking procedures.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Facebook Messenger, and online booking systems is an advantage.
