Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in a Business Analyst, QA Tester, or similar technical delivery role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinating UAT.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and documentation platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to create detailed technical or functional documentation for non-technical audiences.

Operating within the B2B division, this role drives the end-to-end lifecycle of technical requirements—from refining user stories in Agile backlogs to leading rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Beyond traditional analysis, this position champions product quality and adoption by crafting clear data dictionaries, comprehensive user manuals, and detailed test scripts.
