The role focuses on analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing optimized to-be process designs that support organizational performance and transformation initiatives. Working closely with Process Owners, operational teams, and transformation stakeholders, the Process Architect - Expert ensures that processes are clearly documented, standardized, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
