Job summary

Visa is seeking a Compliance professional to join the Risk & Compliance team in Manila. You will monitor patterns of unusual activity, support resolution of compliance issues, and liaise with clients to understand payment trends and risks.

The role requires at least two years in compliance, strong English, and an analytical mindset; in-office workdays are expected and Excel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of work experience within the Compliance field.
• Excellent oral, reading and written English is required.
• An analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Visa Payments business operations and payment processes.
• Review patterns of unusual activity, provide thorough rationales, escalating as needed.
• Liaise with clients to understand payment trends and obtain supporting information.
• Support the resolution of risk and compliance issues, queries and concerns.
• Work with the Diligence team to understand new clients, risks and controls.
• Undertake assigned compliance project work (e.g., Data Protection, Fraud).
• Identify and escalate actual or suspected financial crime incidents.
• Keep up to date with compliance legislation and regulations.
