Visa is seeking a Compliance Associate to join the Transaction Monitoring team in the Philippines. You will identify risks, monitor activity, and escalate urgent cases to the MLRO/DMLRO as part of a 24/7 shift rotation.
You will analyze payment and compliance data from multiple sources, screen PEPs, and support cross-team investigations while keeping client records up to date and helping improve processes as regulatory changes emerge.

Compliance Associate -Transaction Monitoring
We are looking for a Compliance individual who is passionate about taking on a new challenge within the payments, financial services and FX industry.
As a Compliance Associate you'll use our systems to ensure that Compliance risks are adequately identified, assessed, monitored, controlled and reported as required.
This role is on a 24/7 shift-based rota and will require the candidate to commit to the following: Early shift 07:00 -15:00, Day shift 09:00 - 17:00, Late shift 15:00-23:00 and Night shift 23:00-07:00 on a rotating basis.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
