Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Training Project Manager in Metro Manila to coordinate training logistics, support new program launches, and ensure accurate data reporting. This role focuses on optimizing calendars, onboarding trainers, and driving successful learning initiatives across the organization.

You will analyze training data, deliver insights to leadership, and lead the L&D team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to maintain high facilitation standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in training coordination or L&D support, with trainer onboarding experience.
• Project management experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with administrative tasks and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with trainers, managers, and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing training logistics, supporting new program launches, and ensuring accurate data and reporting. You will play a key role in the successful implementation of our learning and development programs by managing administrative tasks and facilitating engagement activities.

Job Description

• Oversee and optimize the training calendar and resource allocation, including classroom reservations.

• Develop and implement onboarding and professional development plans for new and existing trainers to ensure a high standard of facilitation.

• Strategically plan and manage new and expanding program launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation across the organization.

• Analyze training data and reports to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, and provide insights to senior leadership.

• Champion a culture of continuous learning by overseeing the design and facilitation of engaging workshops, activities, and learning events.

• Lead and mentor the L&D team, guiding administrative and logistical tasks to ensure efficient department operations.

• Present strategic reports on key L&D metrics, such as program performance, compliance with mandatory training, and other data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of combined experience in training coordination, or an L&D support role, specifically trainer onboarding.

• Project Management Experience preferred but not required.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly with Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency with administrative tasks and project management tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and present reports to stakeholders.
