Arise Services Pte Ltd/ Singapore Training Org is seeking a Training Coordinator Manager to lead a remote operations team from the PH. The role oversees 1-3 Coordinators, end-to-end class ops, and strict TMS/TPGateway accuracy, including payments and client/learner communications.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in SG training organizations as a Training Coordinator/Manager, hands-on TMS & TPGateway experience, and proven team leadership with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs in SG training org as Training Coordinator / Manager
• Hands-on TMS & TPGateway experience - non-negotiable
• Managed a team before
• Efficient & very organised

• Experience with SSG audit & SFC claims preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-3 Training Coordinators, daily huddles, QC & training
• Own end-to-end class ops: confirmation, TMS, venue, trainer, attendance, WhatsApp, email
• Ensure 100% accuracy in TMS & TPGateway: course runs, enrolment, attendance, assessments, invoices
• Manage payment
• Assign trainers, send briefs, handle replacements
• Oversee client/learner comms & handle escalations
• Liaise with SSG/WSHC/STB/SRFAC for accreditation, audits, claims, renewals
• Daily reporting: utilisation, TPG status, issues

We are hiring a Manager to lead our Training Operations team remotely.

You will:

• Own end-to-end class ops: confirmation, TMS, venue, trainer, attendance, WhatsApp, email
