Training and Process Improvement Team Leader
The role leads employee training programs and process improvement initiatives for Customer Service operations. It ensures employees have the knowledge, skills, and updated procedures needed to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate onboarding, refresher, upskilling, and cross-training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis using QA findings, KPI results, complaints, and escalation trends.

Qualifications:

- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and performance reports.

- Track training initiatives, process improvement projects, action owners, deadlines, and measurable results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in training and development, process improvement, quality assurance, or customer service operations.
- Previous experience leading Trainers, Process Improvement Specialists, or a similar operational team.
- Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, assessments, and performance reports.
- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, coaching, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with root-cause analysis, PDCA, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
