Job summary

Conduent is seeking professionals to conduct employee training classes on products and technology, and to organize content for clear classroom delivery. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to keep materials current and effective, review resources, and deliver engaging training sessions.

You will collect feedback, participate in train-the-trainer programs, and generate training reports while ensuring compliance with all policies and standards.

• Collects training feedback from participants.
• Participates in "train the trainers" sessions, to be prepared to deliver content.
• Conducts "train the trainers" sessions.
• Analyzes, produces, and distributes training reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
