Job summary

Conduent is seeking a senior leader to guide managers and professional staff, aligning operations with client objectives and driving performance across programs.

You will participate in defining business plans with clients and upper management, optimize resources, and ensure compliant delivery of services with a focus on efficiency and accountability.

• Drives business unit performance to meet SLAs, adhere to business unit metrics, and accomplish account performance.

• Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Generates reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate business decisions.
• Responsible for business unit compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
