Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Philippines, is seeking a Traffic Operations Coordinator to liaise across traffic, internal sales, and external partners to ensure programming schedules comply with rules and avoid conflicts.

You will support schedule integrity, handle requests, and continually learn regulations while maintaining clear communication and accuracy in back-office tasks.

• Process and respond to email requests related to scheduling
• Check product and schedule integrity
• Forward schedule planning for contingency

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Traffic Operations Coordinator role is to liaise with other parts of traffic, internal sales dept, external parties to ensure that all general programming broadcast schedules have no gambling / alcohol breaches, client conflictions are kept to a minimum, and general client placement is correct.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including But Not Limited To)

• Conflict, placement, break structure all general programming in schedules
• Action email requests
• Product Check
• Forward scheduling for disaster contingency
• Success Factor check ins and continual learning of rules and regulations

What You’ll Bring
