Job summary

Contego - Global Talent Solutions in the NCR, Philippines is seeking a Creative Design operations professional to own traffic, plan workloads, and allocate capacity to ensure on-time delivery within budgets and service levels. You will coordinate delivery, track productivity and determine freelance requirements while upholding brand standards.

You will use WIP data to enhance utilization and project efficiency, driving strategic alignment across APAC and enabling scalable work-sharing.

• Own traffic, workload planning and capacity allocation.
• Coordinate delivery against deadlines, budgets, SLAs and KPIS
• Track productivity and determine freelance requirements
• Enforce workflow, quality-control and brand standards
• Use WIP data to improve utilization and project efficiency
• Strategic Alignment: Improve operational efficiency, resource utilization and delivery quality while enabling scalable APAC work-sharing, better commercial reporting and continuous process improvement.
