Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer, seeks a Traffic/Playout Scheduler for its Sports Entertainment Network. The role focuses on preparing daily commercial schedules for export to the playout system, optimizing inventory and client outcomes.

You will work in the Traffic Team, follow scheduling rules, and support month-end and peak campaigns. Strong attention to detail, time management, and clear communication are essential to keep exports on time and issues resolved.

Qualifications

• Experience with traffic scheduling/availaible systems (Aquira or similar).
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator and team player.
• Knowledge of scheduling rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily commercial schedules in traffic software (Aquira) for export to playout system.
• Reconcile previous days playout and ensure exports on time.
• Follow scheduling rules and regulations to avoid errors.
• Key in material instructions for client campaigns into Aquira as needed.

The Role Description

Purpose of the Role:

To prepare daily commercial schedules for export to playout system, optimising inventory and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily commercial schedules in traffic software (Aquira) for export to playout system and reconciling previous days playout

Comply with all scheduling rules and regulations.

Key commercial material instructions into traffic system (Aquira) on an ad-hoc basis (end of month or holiday peak support)

KEY RESULT AREA (A) – COMMERCIAL SCHEDULES

Prepare and export daily commercial schedules for radio playout system. Utilising excellent time management skills to ensure all exports are completed on time, demonstrating high-level attention to detail to identify issues and problem-solving skills to work through challenges. Effective communication to team members and management to resolve any potential issues as they arise.

KPI’s

• Exports are completed on time.
• 0 wagering breaches
• 0 underfilled breaks
• Positive feedback and relationship with Traffic team
• Issues are identified and communicated to manager for resolution.

KEY RESULT AREA (B) – MATERIAL SUPPORT

On an ad hoc basis, assist with keying material instructions for client campaigns into the traffic software utilising a keen eye for detail and speed with data entry.

KPI’s

• 0 incorrectly keyed material instructions
• Issues are identified and communicated to manager for resolution.
