Job summary

The role involves collaborating with internal teams, producing reporting and insights, and supporting change initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial services operations processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas to analyze and reconcile data.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to identify trends, exceptions, and root causes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client margin and collateral exposures and identify exceptions requiring action.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and margin movements to support accurate daily processing.
• Investigate breaks and valuation differences using internal and third-party information sources.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues, elevate when needed, and track items to closure.
• Maintain risk and control checks, and follow documented procedures to support compliance.
• Document and update workflows, operating procedures, and control steps to reflect current practices.
• Prepare management reporting, including key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Respond to as-needed inquiries from internal partners and clients, ensuring timely and clear communication.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and support delivery of agreed enhancements.
