Job summary

IPH Limited in Manila is seeking a Trademark Paralegal (Renewals) to support our IP operations. You will handle renewal reminders, cost estimates, invoicing, and client communications to ensure timely and accurate records across multiple IP rights.

The role requires 1–2 years of IP experience, familiarity with Inprotech or iManage, and strong MS Office and data-entry skills. You will work within our Administration team to sustain efficient renewals processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Intellectual Property experience is required.
• Experience with IP management systems like Inprotech and document systems like iManage is preferred.
• Strong English communication and accurate data entry are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and action renewal reminders across all IP rights.
• Process instructions from clients or internal teams with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare cost estimates, renewal quotations, and related docs.
• Draft and issue client correspondence to clarify instructions and updates.
• Generate invoices and process payments for renewals.
• Produce client portfolio reports and tailored summaries.
• Liaise with clients, attorneys, overseas agents, and internal teams by email or phone.
• Investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy in the IP management system.
• Support data entry tasks and new case creation as needed.
• Ensure reminders, payments, and record updates comply with procedures.
