Zuellig Pharma in Cebu invites a field-based sales representative to join our dynamic healthcare solutions team. You will manage pharmacy accounts across Sun Valley and surrounding outlets, execute in-store merchandising, and ensure stock availability to maximize sell-out.

Maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and store managers, gather market intelligence on competitor activity, and align with company policies to deliver consistent growth in a fast-paced regional network.

Responsabilidades

• Execute call coverage across assigned pharmacy outlets for territory reach.
• Drive in-store merchandising standards and product visibility.
• Implement promotions and trade programs to boost sell-out.
• Ensure stock availability through regular stock checks and replenishment.
• Monitor daily sales and take actions to hit targets.
• Build relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and buyers.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activities and retail dynamics.
• Conduct regular audits on product availability and pricing accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within pharmacy accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute effective call coverage across assigned pharmacy outlets, ensuring optimal territory reach and productivity.
• Drive strong in-store execution including merchandising standards, product visibility, shelf placement, and displays.
• Implement promotional activities and trade programs to maximize sell-out performance.
• Ensure stock availability through regular stock checks and timely replenishment follow-ups.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take proactive actions to achieve assigned targets.
• Build strong working relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and buyers.
• Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities, product performance, and retail dynamics.
• Conduct regular audits on product availability and pricing accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve execution within pharmacy accounts.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and code of conduct
