Qualifications

• 35 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, brand management, sales, or retail marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
• Proven success in planning and executing trade campaigns or promotions.
• Willing to travel for schools or Universities, events, or distributor coordination.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans for different sales channels.
• Coordinate with sales teams to design promotional activities for key accounts.
• Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives and ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of point-of-sale materials and merchandising displays.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on trade marketing performance metrics.
