Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Category Merchandiser to lead merchandising strategy in the Philippines. You will define and deploy plans to increase shopper conversion, establish perfect store standards, and drive category growth across General Trade and Modern Trade.

Strong collaboration with distributors, sales, and external agencies is required. The role emphasizes in-store activation, digital shelf execution, and ROI-driven promotions, with a focus on profitability and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing experience in a Consumer Goods company.
• Speaks fluent English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Annual Merchandising Plan for Philippines.
• Own the merchandising playbook, planogram principles, assortment guidelines, shelf segmentation, and price laddering.
• Drive in-store visibility and POSM standards across channels and stores.
