Job summary

JTI Uzbekistan is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to develop sales and ensure strong product presence in retail points across the territory. The role requires proactive engagement with outlets and collaboration with the sales team to meet coverage targets.

Regular visits, merchandising, and reporting will be core duties. Candidates should have a higher education, at least 1 year in FMCG sales, fluent Uzbek and Russian, a category B driver's license, strong communication, and proficiency in MS

• Higher education required.
• Sales experience of 1+ year, FMCG preferred.
• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian.
• Driver's license category B and driving experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned points of sale within territory.
• Ensure availability and display of company products in retail points.
• Negotiate with retailers and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Place promotional materials in stores according to company standards.
• Provide timely reporting and update point-of-sale information in systems.

Специалист по поддержке сбыта отвечает за развитие продаж и обеспечение качественного присутствия продукции Компании в торговых точках на закрепленной территории.

Основные обязанности:

• регулярное посещение торговых точек на закрепленной территории и выполнение планов посещений
• обеспечение наличия и представленности ассортимента продукции Компании в торговых точках
• ведение переговоров с представителями торговых точек и поддержание долгосрочных партнерских отношений
• размещение торгового оборудования и маркетинговых материалов в соответствии со стандартами Компании
• своевременное предоставление отчетности и актуализация информации по торговым точкам в системах Компании.

Требования к кандидату:

• высшее образование
• опыт работы в продажах от 1 года, желательно в FMCG
• свободное владение узбекским и русским языками
• водительские права категории «B» и уверенный опыт вождения
• развитые коммуникативные навыки, умение вести переговоры и работать с возражениями
• уверенное владение MS Office, ответственность, проактивность и ориентация на результат.
