Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trade Lifecycle Team Lead for Prime brokerage settlements in Manila. You will oversee daily settlement deliverables, ensure high service quality, and drive improvements with leadership.

You will work across Asia Pacific and partner with stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive timely settlements. The role combines hands-on processing with project work to enhance procedures, controls, and issue management, delivering consistent results in a dynamic market

Responsibilities

Release accurate trade instructions to markets and stakeholders within timelines.
Manage reopening, processing, and settlement of trades in platforms.
Perform inventory and position checks and support intercompany reconciliation.
Monitor and improve service quality by following procedures and meeting deadlines.
Partner with process lead to drive operational excellence, prioritization, escalation.
Maintain and update written procedures and process documentation.
Identify opportunities for additional controls and process improvements.
Investigate settlement exceptions (fails and trade breaks) and escalate with root cause.
Produce and share daily/weekly operational metrics for performance visibility.
