Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila is seeking a Transaction Processing Manager (Trade Lifecycle Associate I) to lead daily custody trade processing and settlement workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders to manage escalations, improve processes, and ensure timely execution while maintaining a strong risk and control environment. You will coach a team, monitor workflows, and drive continuous improvements in processing quality and client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience in an operations environment.
• Experience overseeing trade processing and settlement workflows with issue resolution.
• Knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, trade support and fail management.
• Strong risk awareness and ability to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end custody trade processing and settlement workflows.
• Monitor daily trade capture, settlement and fail management to deadlines.
• Investigate settlement discrepancies and drive resolution via escalations.
• Respond to internal/external queries on trade status and timelines.
• Allocate work through capacity planning, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Coach and develop team members with training and feedback.
• Communicate priorities and changes to the team; update SOPs.
• Contribute to continuous improvements for processing quality and client experience.
