Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, partnered with a supply chain services provider, is seeking a Tractor Head Driver based in BGC, Taguig. The role involves safe, timely transport of materials between sites, with an emphasis on adherence to safety regulations and delivery schedules.

Day shift, onsite, Monday to Saturday, with potential for overnight trips as needed. Requirements include a High School Diploma, a valid Professional Driver's License for tractor heads, and 2–3 years of relevant driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with tractor head/ articulated vehicle restriction code.
• 2–3 years of experience as Tractor Head Driver or in a similar heavy vehicle role.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cargo loading, securing, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor head units to transport cargo and materials to designated destinations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Verify permits, registrations, licenses, and documents before dispatch.
• Load, secure, and balance cargo according to safety regulations.
• Complete trip tickets, delivery receipts, and fuel logs accurately.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Report mechanical issues or safety incidents promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and preventive care to maximize reliability.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and site personnel.
