Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting is partnering with a supply chain service and solutions provider to recruit a Tractor Head Driver for an onsite role in BGC, Taguig. The driver will transport cargo across sites, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license for tractor heads, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restriction code for operating tractor heads and articulated vehicles.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Tractor Head Driver or similar heavy vehicle driving role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned tractor head units to transport cargo and loads to designated destinations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Verify permits, registrations, licenses, trip tickets, and documents before dispatch.
• Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and balanced per regulations.
• Execute deliveries according to schedules and routes.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Report mechanical issues, delays, or safety incidents promptly.
• Maintain and secure vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Complete delivery receipts and logs accurately.
• Comply with safety policies and traffic regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and suppliers.
• Report deviations or issues to the team.
