Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is looking for a reliable delivery driver to transport materials and finished goods according to the scheduled routes. You will report status to your supervisor and coordinate with warehouse staff to load and unload in a safe, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include ensuring cargo security, performing basic vehicle checks, and addressing minor truck issues through troubleshooting or requesting maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate.
• With drivers license A,A1,B,B1,B2,C,D,BE
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience of tractor head or related
• Knowledge in auto and Diesel mechanic, an advantage
• Willing to work on long hours and on weekends
• Must be willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials and finished goods per schedule, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Regularly report delivery status to supervisor, noting delays or issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and operators to load/unload materials safely.
• Secure deliveries to prevent damage in transit.
• Check delivery vehicles before departure for roadworthiness.
• Perform basic truck troubleshooting and request maintenance as needed.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials and finished goods according to the schedule, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

• Regularly report delivery status to the immediate supervisor, keeping them informed of any delays or issues.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff/forklift operator or payloader operator to load and unload materials and finished goods in a safe and efficient manner.

• Ensure that all deliveries are properly secured to avoid damage during transportation.

• Ensure that delivery vehicles are in good condition before departure by conducting basic checks.

• Perform minor troubleshooting of the truck to address any basic mechanical issues that may arise during delivery operations.

• Request maintenance or repairs for the vehicle as needed to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
