Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a Township Officer to supervise estate services and multiple properties under land banking in Metro Manila. You will manage daily estate operations and maintenance, and oversee estate-sponsored activities and external-partner events.

The role requires coordinating with security teams and the development control group for construction-related activities within the estate.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban/Environmental Planning, or Engineering, Forestry.
• Licensed Architect/Engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Electronics) / Forester.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate operations, preferably in property or facilities management.
• Strong coordination skills with customers and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation and maintenance of the estate.
• Plans, implements, and monitors estate-sponsored activities and events, and approves activities by locators or external parties.
• Supervises or coordinates with the security group to ensure estate safety and security.
