Qualifications

• High School graduate with 3–4 years of work experience in tower installation or similar.
• Experience climbing and working at heights is essential.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and climbing gear.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Erect and assemble towers, antennas, and supporting structures per specs.
• Install and configure antennas, radio equipment on towers.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair tower structures and equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE and fall protection.
• Test installed equipment for functionality and signal strength.
• Maintain accurate installation records and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Handle and transport tools and climbing gear; assist others.
