Xurpas, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive end-to-end quality engineering with a strong emphasis on automation.

The role focuses on managing the automation-first testing lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise testing standards and deliver reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Tosca experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering scalable automation frameworks across multiple applications

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software testing experience.
• 3+ years leading QA teams or large testing initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation development.
• Experience designing automation frameworks and test strategies.
• Experience managing testing activities across multiple applications and integrated systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with API testing, database testing, and enterprise application testing.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate testing status to leadership.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
